Job Summary Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced International Recruiter to support global talent acquisition initiatives across the US, UK, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role involves end to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, advanced sourcing, and hiring niche technology professionals who contribute to building and maintaining world-class product engineering solutions for our global clients. Experience, Location, Mode of Work Experience: 5-10 Years Location: Remote (India) Mode of Work: Remote Shift: Night Shift (US Market, as required) Mandatory Skills (Must Have) • International Recruitment / Global Staffing (5+ years across US, UK, Canada, EMEA, or APAC markets) • End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle Management (5+ years from sourcing to onboarding) • US Recruitment and Visa Knowledge including H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and work authorization processes • Advanced Sourcing Techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and other global job portals • Boolean Search Expertise for identifying passive and niche talent • Stakeholder Management and Client Communication across multiple geographies and time zones • Candidate Screening, Assessment, and Interview Coordination for technology and professional hiring • ATS Tools Experience (Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, Taleo, Lever, Workday, or equivalent platforms) Optional Skills (Good to Have) • Recruitment experience for Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Healthcare domains • Exposure to IT Product Engineering hiring • Experience managing high-volume and niche technology hiring simultaneously • Talent Mapping and Market Intelligence capabilities • Employer Branding and Candidate Engagement initiatives • Knowledge of global recruitment compliance and labor regulations Professional Attributes & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field; MBA (HR) preferred • Leadership: Experience mentoring junior recruiters and supporting recruitment teams in achieving hiring targets • Ownership: Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment mandates and deliver against SLAs and TATs • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with global stakeholders and candidates • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and hiring managers simultaneously • Results Orientation: Demonstrated success in meeting recruitment KPIs, closure targets, and business objectives Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for international hiring requirements across the US, UK, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions • Source and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, professional networks, referrals, and advanced search methodologies • Utilize Boolean search strings and market-mapping techniques to identify niche and passive talent • Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist qualified professionals based on client requirements • Coordinate interviews across different time zones while ensuring seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, hiring managers, and clients to understand hiring priorities and workforce needs • Ensure exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and engagement throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and reporting metrics within ATS platforms • Meet recruitment SLAs, TATs, and hiring targets while maintaining quality-of-hire standards • Stay updated on global hiring trends, visa regulations, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices What You'll Work On You will be part of Wissen Technology's global Talent Acquisition team, supporting the hiring of highly skilled professionals who build mission-critical products and digital platforms for international clients. The role involves recruiting talent for product engineering, software development, digital transformation, banking technology, healthcare technology, and enterprise platforms across global markets. You will work closely with business leaders, delivery teams, and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines and drive strategic hiring initiatives that directly impact the success of Wissen's product engineering engagements and growth objectives.
