Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Managing offer rollouts and onboarding new hires.
HR Operations
- Handling employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Managing payroll inputs and coordinating with the finance team.
- Addressing employee queries related to HR policies and benefits.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organizing engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Requirements:

Your Role
