
# Senior HR Manager & Office Manager

## About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Senior HR Manager & Office Manager** to lead Human Resources and Office Administration for our India operations. This role is based in Hyderabad with oversight of the Mumbai office and requires close collaboration with the Global HR team based in the U.S.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, Labour Law Compliance, Performance Management, and Office Administration.
## Key Responsibilities
### Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across India.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
* Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus hiring.
* Handle interview coordination, offer management, onboarding, and joining formalities.
### HR Operations
* Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
* Ensure smooth HR operations and process compliance.
### Payroll & Benefits
* Coordinate monthly payroll with payroll vendors and finance.
* Manage attendance, leave records, reimbursements, incentives, and tax declarations.
* Administer employee benefits including health insurance, gratuity, leave encashment, and statutory benefits.
### Performance Management
* Drive annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles.
* Support goal setting, KPI/KRA management, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
* Coordinate compensation revision and appraisal processes.
### Employee Engagement & Relations
* Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.
* Conduct employee feedback sessions and stay interviews.
* Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, and exit interviews.
* Ensure effective implementation of POSH guidelines.
### Compliance & Statutory
* Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labour laws.
* Manage PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Gratuity, Bonus, and Shops & Establishments compliance.
* Maintain statutory records and coordinate audits.
### HR Policies & Documentation
* Draft employment contracts, HR policies, warning letters, NDAs, and other HR documentation.
* Update employee handbook and HR SOPs.
* Implement global HR policies in compliance with Indian regulations.
### Learning & Development
* Identify training needs and coordinate technical, behavioural, leadership, and compliance training programs.
### HR Reporting
* Maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports for global leadership.
* Maintain HRIS data and ensure reporting accuracy.
### Office Administration
* Oversee daily office administration for Hyderabad and coordinate with the Mumbai office.
* Manage facilities, housekeeping, pantry, office assets, security, and vendor relationships.
* Coordinate procurement, office maintenance, travel arrangements, meetings, and company events.
## Required Experience
* 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Minimum 4 years in a Senior HR Manager or HR Business Partner role.
* Experience working with global stakeholders or multinational organizations is preferred.
* Prior experience managing both HR and office administration functions.
* Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
* Experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
## Education
* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
