Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, people-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, coordination, and onboarding.
• Conduct HR orientation and ensure smooth joining formalities.

2. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Assist in planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Be the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

3. Performance & Policy Support

• Support performance review cycles and maintain related data.
• Communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or a generalist role, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and manage various applications
• Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products
• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 2+ years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiences
• Languages & Frameworks: C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API, ADO.NET
• Frontend Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Database: Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, Triggers, Joins, Jobs), MS Access
• Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio,
• Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Jira

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Desired Experience: 3+ years

Roles and Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Java Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable applications using Java and related frameworks.

Core Accountabilities:

• Design and develop high-quality Java applications using best practices and design patterns Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using Java and related frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy applications
• Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Git and related tools
• Troubleshoot and debug applications in production and development environments
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software engineering and Java development

Experience required :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in developing applications using Java and related frameworks
• Strong experience in Core Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and related Java frameworks
• Experience in working with Git for version control and collaboration.

Additional optional requirements

• Knowledge of AWS services
• Experience in working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra
• Experience in other programming languages such as Python and Node.js
