Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – .NET Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to guide and mentor the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of .NET developers
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies
• Participate in requirement analysis, system design, and architecture decisions
• Ensure coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks are followed
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and QA teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

• 6+ years of experience in .NET development
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET Core
• Mandatory experience in Angular (latest versions preferred)
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with SQL Server / relational databases
• Experience in team handling and technical leadership
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Azure / Cloud services
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality Ruby on Rails applications that meet our high-quality standards.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code.
• Utilise your expertise in Ruby on Rails to enhance the performance and reliability of our platform.
• Set the technical direction for the existing RoR project, including system architecture and technology stack decisions.
• Guide and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of RoR best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Optimise application performance, focusing on ActiveRecord queries and overall architecture.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and provide efficient solutions, particularly when specifications are unclear or incomplete.
• Establish and enforce testing protocols; write and guide the team in writing effective tests.
• Define and ensure consistent adherence to best practices, particularly in the context of large applications.
• Manage the development process using Agile methodologies, possibly acting as a Scrum Master if required.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements and timelines.

Technical Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience with Ruby on Rails, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript (6+ years)
• Extensive experience with Ruby on Rails and familiarity with its best practices
• Proven track record of technical leadership and team management
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues with incomplete specifications
• Proficiency in performance optimisation and software testing
• Experience with Agile development and Scrum practices
• Excellent mentoring and communication skills
• Experience with large-scale application development
• Application performance monitoring/tuning

Compensation:

Salary Range: INR 24 LPA to INR 32 LPA (Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate)

• Requirements

  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

•Hands on experience with Microsoft technology stack Microsoft .NET WCF, C#, http://asp.net/" target="_blank">ASP.NET, MVC, SQL Server, VSS / TFS, Entity Framework, Web Services, etc.

•Good knowledge of Design Patterns SOLID principles.

•Experience on creating web user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (specifically jQuery).

•Expertise in latest client side technologies like Angular JS/ VUE.JS/ Node.js/ Angular 2.0/ Bootstrap JS etc.

•Experience in SQL Server

•Must have excellent spoken and written English
