We are looking for a highly capable machine learning engineer to optimize our machine learning systems. You will be evaluating existing machine learning (ML) processes, performing statistical analysis to resolve data set problems, and enhancing the accuracy of our AI software's predictive automation capabilities.

To ensure success as a machine learning engineer, you should demonstrate solid data science knowledge and experience in a related ML role. A machine learning engineer will be someone whose expertise translates into the enhanced performance of predictive automation software.

AI/ML Engineer Responsibilities:

• Designing machine learning systems and self-running artificial intelligence (AI) software to automate predictive models.
• Transforming data science prototypes and applying appropriate ML algorithms and tools.
• Ensuring that algorithms generate accurate user recommendations.
• Turning unstructured data into useful information by auto-tagging images and text-to-speech conversions.
• Solving complex problems with multi-layered data sets, as well as optimizing existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
• Developing ML algorithms to huge volumes of historical data to make predictions.
• Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
• Documenting machine learning processes.
• Keeping abreast of developments in machine learning.

AI/ML Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field with at least 3+yrs of experience as an AI/ML Engineer
• Advanced proficiency with Python and FastAPI framework along with good exposure to libraries like scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy etc..
• Experience in working on ChatGPT, LangChain (Must), Large Language Models (Good to have) & Knowledge Graphs
• Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modelling, and software architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Great communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Completely responsible for product delivery, development process, and engineering

team performance. Provide overall direction to the engineering team.

Create a top-performing engineering team culture with high levels of team engagement

Work with the leadership team and product leaders to define engineering roadmaps and

solve business problems.

Drive engineering efforts to deliver releases with high quality and on time.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hands-on technical expertise and management experience.

8+ years of people management experience.

Demonstrated experience to recruit and manage technical teams, including team

Must have relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large

scale production systems.

Have deep expertise in React.js, Node JS and MongoDB.

Strong software engineering skills and best practices including experience with a

modern agile development and deployment workflow.

Responsibilities -

• Collaborate with the development team to understand data requirements and identify potential scalability issues.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, process, and analyse large - volumes of data from various sources.
• Optimize data models and database schemas to improve query performance and reduce latency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of our Cassandra database on Azure Cosmos DB, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and distributed systems.

Qualifications & Requirements -

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing and optimizing large-scale data systems.
• Strong proficiency in working with NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Azure Cosmos DB.
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems, Data modelling, Data Warehouse Designing, and ETL Processes.
• Detailed understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
• Good to have knowledge on any visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau.
• Good to have knowledge on SAP landscape (SAP ECC, SLT, BW, HANA etc).
• Good to have experience on Data Migration Project.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain domain would be a plus.
• Familiarity with software architecture (data structures, data schemas, etc.)

Software Development Manager

As an Engineering Manager in Unscript, you'll be responsible for managing a team of engineers who are focused on developing new products. You'll be able to apply your strong engineering background as well as your experience with large-scale development projects in the past.

You'll also be able to act as Product Owner (we know it's not your job but you'll have to do this :) ) and make sure that the team is working towards the right goals.
