About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Lead Data Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into valuable insights. As a Data Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support our organization's analytics and decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Data Pipeline Development: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, files) into data warehouses or data lakes.
- Data Infrastructure: Design, implement, and manage data infrastructure components, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
- Data Quality: Ensure data quality by implementing data validation, cleansing, and standardization processes.
- Team Management: Able to handle team.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure for performance and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Threat Research: Work on researching emerging cyber threats specifically. You will monitor threat actor activities, study their tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and help identify potential risks.
2. Alert Triage and Incident Analysis: Support the analysis of security alerts generated by our in-house platform. You will work alongside the team to identify critical issues and provide timely
intelligence to help mitigate threats.
3. Data Collection and OSINT: Assist in gathering and analyzing data using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) methodologies. You will help collect relevant information to support ongoing threat investigations.
4. Report Preparation: Contribute to the preparation of threat intelligence reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will learn how to convey complex technical information in a clear and
actionable manner.
5. SOP Development: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for systematic threat analysis. Your input will help ensure that our procedures are efficient and scalable.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including product development and data acquisition, to support the integration of new intelligence sources and improve the effectiveness of our threat intelligence platform.
Key Qualifications:
Educational Background: Completed a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic Knowledge of Cybersecurity: A foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including web application security, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment.
Familiarity with OSINT: Basic knowledge of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools and methodologies for data collection.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or GO is a plus.
Experience with automation and data analysis tools will be advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn how to convey technical findings effectively.

The Manager / Senior Manager, Corporate Fundraising will support Impact Guru Foundation (IGF) to mobilize financial and nonmonetary resources. He or she will lead IGF’s associations with multiple existing and new stakeholders among corporates. He / She will constantly focus on strengthening existing relationships within these partners as well as cultivating new champions among these stakeholders. This role works closely with the internal functions of IGF such as Program team, Finance team and Impact team to develop win-win opportunities to maximize our impact within and beyond.
1. Build financial sustainability
- Building and sourcing work-streams such as corporate, foundation, multi-laterals, Alumni, government etc. Good to be Subject matter Expert in work-streams such as multi-laterals / foundations.
- Design and execute deep engagement strategy with key relationships to ensure renewals, upgrades and meaningful partnerships
- Partner with the Director in leveraging the rich ecosystem towards building a pipeline of funders.
- Manage systems and processes that support development objectives and comply with regulatory laws and MoU commitments

- Help partners identify influential campaign creators or to create campaigns themselves

Qualifications / Requirements
- Graduate/Post graduate in any field with 4+ years of work experience preferably in a healthcare NGO.
- Ability to evaluate partnerships and collaboration opportunities in the city / region from a development and a larger organizational lens.
- Basic understanding of the IGF’s model with potential for systemic impact
- Proficient user of the MS Office toolkit such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
