Support the Integration of the functional and technical aspects of the SAP template within the SAP HCM modules, providing application support and maintenance, including resolving defects and working on enhancements, integration and reconciliation Support SAP HR functionality, specifically in Personnel Administration and Time Management Modules Interact with member firms and end users to resolve incidents by developing workarounds, submitting defects and change requests Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of documentation to support change requests Participate in user acceptance testing and help to ensure smooth transport of code to the regional environments Manage tickets in Service Now/ HPALM/ JIRA and provide documentation for incident and problem reports, effectively coordinating support escalation communication with business, service desk and technical teams Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience using SAP HR, specifically in Personnel Administration and Time Management Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university Experience with Time evaluation, CATS and ESS Hands on experience with HR data migration, IDOC Processing, Interfaces, Integration with other modules like FI, CRM Basic knowledge of ABAP is a plus Ability to develop functional specification documentations and provide solutions based on the Business requirements
