We’re looking for a superstar front-end / full stack engineer that can work closely with UI/UX designers and continuously improve our site. For this role, we're looking for someone that loves to play and watch games, and has an intuitive understanding of how to 'spread the word' among this audience. They should also have a solid understanding of marketing and viral tactics, as well as relentless energy to perform various growth hacking experiments, A/B testing to see what works, and quickly ramp up to millions of users. You will: Be heavily active in gaming communities, such as Discord, Twitter, Facebook Groups and others, to share Sizzle highlights Actively perform SEO and other search optimization techniques to maximize organic visitors coming to the site Run numerous A/B tests on the website design, layout, color scheme, button placement, images/videos, and other objects to optimize time on site and conversion Create newsletters and other retention campaigns to keep users informed and constantly coming back Test out paid advertising campaigns, and ramp up if successful Constantly conduct surveys, interviews and other market research to determine what the user wants, and how to improve user experience Work closely with management and engineering teams to communicate desired features deliver optimal user experience, and follow up to ensure they are completed You should have the following qualities: Proven experience acquiring large number of users for websites and/or apps Expertise with A/B testing for websites and ad campaigns Familiarity and active involvement in gaming communities Expert in social media marketing Comfortable with videos and basic video editing Excited about working in a fast-changing startup environment Have a point of view on what the user wants and work tirelessly to deliver it Willingness to learn rapidly on the job, try different things, and deliver results Ideally a gamer or someone interested in watching gaming content online Skills: SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Community Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, A/B Testing

Work Experience between 3 to 5 years in mobile application development. 2. Worked on Android applications from scratch. Exposure to audio video content based applications is preferred. 3. Up to date on upcoming trends in android and its ecosystem. 4. Sound knowledge about application performance tuning on all parameters like network utilisation, application size and battery usage. 5. Experience with dagger, retrofit, rx-android, android architecture components etc. 6. Hands on experience with test driven development, mock frameworks, modular code design and popular design patterns.
