UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, and container orchestration. You will be responsible for building scalable and secure infrastructure, optimizing deployments, and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage applications on AWS / GCP.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Python/Shell scripts.
• Set up monitoring & logging (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK).
• Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of systems.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.

What does the role look like?

Software Development Engineers FE will be responsible to participate in all stages of the software product development life cycle. This will include analyzing system and user requirements, designing software flowcharts, creating user interfacing applications (Web Or Mobile) , troubleshooting bugs, and running tests to improve system functionality.
An ideal candidate would be someone who has proficiency in Flutter and JavaScript frameworks, good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.

● Understanding & experience with restful APIs and microservice architecture
● Prior experience in start-ups or health-tech will be a plus

Skills required

·      Certified in Google Analytics (any popular certifier)

·      A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the web analytics domain

·      Consolidated knowledge of the GA4 platform

·      Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

·      Good understanding of Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.

·      Basic knowledge of BigQuery & JavaScript

·      Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript, and will have the ability to read, reuse and customise code

·      Advanced understanding of Events Tagging and Custom dimensions.

·      Hands-on experience with data visualization (custom dashboards)

Roles and Responsibilities

·      Responsible for managing our Analytics (G4) and GTM accounts

·      Implementation of highly effective web data analytic solutions

·      Visualize customer behavioral data such as page/path analysis, clickstream, funnel progression, CTA optimization, page/site abandonment, etc.

·      Implement tagging and configuration that ensures data collection is accurate and adequate based on the business needs

In-depth knowledge in the following areas.

·      Determine tracking requirements.

·      Create functional and technical design (Dom Scrapping & Custom HTML) of the tags.

·      Install GTM container tag on the live/staging websites.

·      Create, publish and test tags on the live/staging websites.

·      Able to track the successful form submission.

·      Do regular Tag audits for the live/staging websites.

·      Coordinate with the marketing heads to understand and develop custom reports and dashboards.

·      Create specified digital analytics tagging standards to ensure robust and consistent data capturing.

·      Testing and validating the tracking using various debugging tools.

1. Managing Availability, Performance, Capacity of infrastructure and applications.
2. Building and implementing observability for applications health/performance/capacity.
3. Optimizing On-call rotations and processes.
4. Documenting “tribal” knowledge.
5. Managing Infra-platforms like Mesos/Kubernetes, CICD, Observability (Prometheus/New

Relic/ELK, Databases, Data Platforms Infrastructure

1. Providing help in onboarding new services with a production readiness review process.
2. Providing reports on services SLO/Error Budgets/Alerts and Operational Overhead.
3. Working with Dev and Product teams to define SLO/Error Budgets/Alerts.
4. Working with the Dev team to have in depth understanding of the application architecture and

its bottlenecks.

1. Identifying observability gaps in product services, infrastructure and working with stake owners

to fix it.

1. Managing Outages and doing detailed RCA with developers and identifying ways to avoid that

situation.

1. Managing/Automating upgrades of the infrastructure services.
2. Automate toil work.
3. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work across disciplines to influence, learn, and deliver.
