What you'll do:
* Take high level product ideas from conception through execution, across web and mobile. We are a small team so you'll work across a wide range of areas - product strategy, user research, and UX/UI design in particular.
* Take joint ownership of metrics and strategy with the product team, and work collaboratively with engineering and operations to achieve goals
You should have:
* 4+ years experience as a product designer across web and mobile
* Mastery of the basic principles of visual design and typography
* Mastery in design tools like Figma or Sketch or XD
* Experience with planning and conducting user research
* A passion for hard problems and helping people
* Empathy with customers, and a strong desire to understand them
* Strong desire to work on a small team where you'll be involved in almost every facet of our product planning + execution process

MongoDB4+ years of experience working in a relevant software engineering role.
Expertise in designing highly-scalable and performant micro-services and storage layers using common frameworks, languages, and infrastructure (e.g. Java, MySql, AWS, Docker).
Experience in frameworks such as Spring Framework, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Familiar with front-end languages like Javascript with toolkits like Angular.js 4+
Experience in implementing and deploying micro-services in Cloud (eg: AWS).

Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable systems and infrastructures.
Measure your work thoroughly, analyze results and generate hypotheses to drive new product changes through A/B testing.
Setup monitoring and testing of your APIs and services to better understand real time health of your products.
Break-down complex problems into solvable pieces of work for other engineers.
Depending on your specialization, projects/initiatives may include: Security, scaling distributed systems, working on our core services related to user management, building out new verticals, guiding new engagement features, scaling traffic/imports/exports, managing APIs.

We are looking for a rockstar UI/UX Designer who is passionate about designing products. You will be a member of our core design team having diverse experience in creating interfaces for new age products and work closely with product and engineering teams to design interactive interfaces for our platform.
Roles & Responsibilities
● Design and deliver rapid prototypes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
● Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
● Make strategic design and user interface decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
● Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
● Collaborate with other team members ( Front-End/Android) and stakeholders
● Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
● Quality check the final out-come to deliver pixel-perfect experience
● Should take ownership of the complete User Interface
● Present design, communicate concepts and explain design choices
Requirements
● 3 years of experience of working in UI/UX Design
● Understanding of Google Material Design guidelines, Familiarity with Lean UX processes. Ability to work with highly technical teams and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced early stage startup environment
● Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
● Experience with Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wireframing tools
● Behance or Dribble Portfolio required
● Compulsive problem-solvers with excellent visualization, collaboration, and communication skills.
