Test Automation Engineer

Customer Relationship Executive : 

We are looking for a results-driven fresher and (1+ years of experience) to be responsible for designing, running tests on software usability and should be able to visit the client base(delivery and support). The software tester will conduct tests, analyze the results, and report observations to the design team. You may also interact with clients in order to understand the requirements of the product.

To be successful as a software tester, you should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyze the results. Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and have up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design.

Software Tester Responsibilities:

●Review software requirements and prepare test scenarios.

●Executing tests on software usability.

●Analyzing test results on database impacts, errors or bugs, and usability.

●Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team.

●Interacting with clients to understand product requirements(including visiting the client's base whenever required).

●Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

Software Tester Requirements:

●A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field(Preferably male candidate).

●Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.

●Understanding of open source projects like ERP, CRM, HRMS, Industry 4.0, etc

●Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.

●Working knowledge of programming.

●Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

●Good organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Job description:

• Hands on skills in Java programming languages
• Experience of testing of Cloud Native applications with exposure of Kafka.
• Understanding the concepts of K8, Caching, Rest / GRPC and Observability
• Experience with good programming or scripting practices and tools: code review, ADO/Jenkin etc
• Apply expertise in Java, API Testing, Cucumber or other test frameworks to design, develop and maintain automation test suites.
• Intimate familiarity with QA concepts: white-/black-/grey-box testing, acceptance/regression test, system integration test, performance/stress test, and security tests

Python Developer (1 Position)

Must have skills: 

·        Experience in advanced Python

·        Experience in GUI/Test Automation tools/libraries (Robot Framework, Selenium, & Sikuli etc.)

·        Ability to create UI Automation scripts to execute in Remote/Citrix servers

·        Knowledge in analytical libraries like Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, PyTorch etc.

·        AWS skillset

Nice to have skills:

·        Experience in SQL and Big Data analytic tools like Hive and Hue

·        Experience in Machine learning

·        Experience in Linux administration

• Back-end software development
• Software engineering and designing data models and write effective APIs

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of industry experience with the Python and Django framework.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good analytical skills with strong fundamentals of data structures and algorithms
• Experience building backend services with hands-on experience through all stages of Agile software development life cycle. 
• Ability to write optimized codes,debug programs, and integrate applications with third party tools by developing various APIs
• Experience with Databases.
• Experience with writing REST-APIs.
• Prototyping initial collection and leveraging existing tools and/or creating new tools
• Experience working different types of datasets (e.g. unstructured, semi-structured, with missing information)
• Ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic environment, while picking up new tools and domain knowledge along the way

Mandatory Skill Requirements:

1. Strong Fundamentals on Manual Testing.
2. Some experience on API Automation Testing .
3. Basic understanding of any of the coding languages.(During the interview one coding question will be asked)
4. Basic understanding of SQL.(During the interview one SQL question will be asked)
5. Preferred Experience ( 2-6 yrs)

We are seeking a skilled QA engineer who has experience in automation. Candidates from startup eco-system will be preferred.

Requirements:

• Have worked on JS based automation framework i.e. Protractor or Puppeteer.
• Have minimum of 2 years of strong experience in front-end automation.
• Understand how Single Page Apps work.
• Experience of automating API tests (our current automation is via C#).
• Understand how CI/CD works.
• Learn-ability and a good team player.
