Title: Paid Marketing Executive — Mid-level (2+ years experience)
We’re looking for a data-driven Paid Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign analytics, and ROI optimization, with the ability to turn insights into impactful growth strategies
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution — targeting, ad setup, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and reporting.
- Drive lead generation and user acquisition while maintaining low CPA and high ROAS.
- Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike campaigns to improve conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, copies, and funnels to enhance performance.
- Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline campaign management and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rates) for ongoing performance improvement.
- Prepare and present reports using Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
🧩 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing (preferably B2B or Finance sector).
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel optimization and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools – Google Analytics, GTM, and Ads Managers.
- Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver measurable ROI.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications (Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
