We are looking for an experienced User Experience Researcher to join our Global Product team.
You’ll make a difference:
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to research, design, build, and roll out customer- and internal-facing products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Discovery Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, online customer interviews, and analysis of internal feedback sources.
- Data Analysis: Utilize modern analytics tools and SQL to derive meaningful patterns and insights from research data.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate research findings into the product development lifecycle.
- User Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate prototypes and existing features, ensuring high effectiveness and user satisfaction.
- Reporting: Present research findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed research documentation, including participant recruitment criteria, research questions, study guides, and findings reports.
- Strategic Influence: Provide user-centered insights to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions based on research findings to foster design and product innovation.
- Market Research: Conduct supplementary market research to provide a comprehensive view of the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in user research or a similar role within the tech industry.
- Methodological Expertise: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including customer interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis using SQL and analytics tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
- Proactive Mindset: Self-starter with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Work Schedule and Patterns:
- 9-hour shift (8 working hours)
- 5 days a week
- Shift timings: 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST, i.e., 9 am to 6 pm BST
