Senior UX UI Designer (Hybrid/Remote)

Your Role at ProCreator

At ProCreator, we primarily work on complex B2B products, including web applications and mobile applications. We do not focus on simple websites or marketplace apps like e-commerce, food delivery, kind of platforms. Instead, our expertise lies in niche and complex B2C products, such as loan applications, healthcare solutions, edu-tech solutions and similar other industry-specific digital products requiring innovative solutions to sophisticated user problems.

We are looking for someone who can lead projects, communicate effectively with clients, and solve complex UX problems while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Leadership & Collaboration: Experience leading design processes from concept to final hand-off, while creating an environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
• Client & User Engagement: Strong skills in understanding both client and user needs, and translating them into exceptional products. Experience with web and mobile applications is a must—no website or marketplace design work here!
• Design Systems Mastery: Expertise in building and implementing robust design systems and scalable UI components for web and mobile applications.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to identify and resolve UX issues in complex workflows. Proven experience in refining user experiences through iterative design and usability testing.
• Mentorship: Proven experience mentoring and guiding a team of UX designers, fostering growth, and maintaining high-quality design output.
• Complex Product Design Experience: Minimum of 3 years working on complex web or mobile applications (B2B or niche B2C products like loan or healthcare apps), with a strong portfolio that highlights your approach to UX problem-solving.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to tackle design challenges, paired with innovative and actionable solutions.

What You Will Do:

• End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all stages of the design process, from wireframes to visual design, across complex B2B and niche B2C applications (web and mobile).
• Prototyping & Specifications: Develop high-quality design prototypes that reflect deep user insights, solving complex UX challenges specific to our clients’ industries.
• Review & Feedback: Critically evaluate wireframes, user flows, and visual designs, ensuring they meet both ProCreator’s high standards and client expectations.
• Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain scalable design systems while proactively troubleshooting UX issues in products with advanced functionality.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, ensuring their growth and the delivery of high-quality output across projects. Lead by example in refining UX processes and contributing to our continuous improvement.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• UX Methodologies: Mastery in research, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and iterative design, particularly in complex, multi-step workflows.
• Design Expertise: Ability to translate complex user journeys into intuitive UI designs, while maintaining a deep understanding of modern UI/UX principles.
• Design Systems: Extensive experience in building design systems for complex B2B and B2C applications, especially for web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in Figma is essential.
• Platform Experience: Demonstrated success in designing web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a portfolio that showcases successful projects across these platforms.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions effectively to both internal teams and clients.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Strong ability to lead, mentor, and inspire junior designers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design or prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie is a plus.
