Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Engineer at Rawmart in Pune. The Design Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), and product design. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective design and implementation of projects.

Qualifications

• Design Engineering and Mechanical Engineering skills
• Proficiency in Auto Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS, Inventor, CATIA V5, AutoCAD Smart Draw floor and plant
• layout planning GD&T, DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMA
• Experience in Product Design.
• Proficiency in 2D & 3D Design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Who are we looking for?

At Airblack, we're entering a path of exponential growth, aiming to grow our revenue tenfold within the next two years while bolstering our profitability. In this pivotal phase, we seek a dynamic Performance Marketer responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing high-performing advertising campaigns across various online channels, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, to increase company sales and brand awareness. This role requires a combination of analytical, creative, and strategic thinking to develop scalable and efficient campaign structures.

What would you be doing?

• Performance Marketing: Develop, execute and manage lead acquisition for the Airblack inside-sales team by efficiently planning, executing and scaling up performance marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google and other digital media platforms
• Perform daily account management, check campaign performance, and adjust bids to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Optimize performance across ad channels by testing and tuning ads, keywords, and bid strategies.
• Analytics & Instrumentation: Contribute to the analytics muscle of the Growth function with in-depth data analyses and set-up tech instrumentation to scale operations
• Experimentation & User Insights: Deliver continuous user insights, solutions discovery and experimentations across both 0-to-1 and scale-up revenue initiatives
• Go-To-Market Operations: Execute end-to-end operations on GTM, leads CRM and revenue optimization initiatives.
• Creative Strategy: Be a creative powerhouse in acquisition advertising by ideating and producing best-in-class video and static ad properties, user communications and landing pages
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with the Growth, Design, Brand, Tech, Product and Inside-sales functions to advance cross-function revenue and profitability goals.
• Key Ownership: Own key metrics like ROAS, CAC, Lead Conversion % and Revenue

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

• Experience: 1+ years in digital performance marketing with a high-growth startup preferably in the education / ed-tech space
• Understanding of custom audiences and lookalike audiences.
• Ability to generate and install the Facebook pixel, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of bidding techniques (AutoBid, CPC, CPM, oCPM)
• Expertise in creating ads and ad copies.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required from a tier 1 college
• You have managed upwards of 20 Lakhs in ad spending
• You are a marketing geek and can come up with creative ideas at scale
• You are thoroughly data-driven in decision-making; with good Excel skills. Experience in SQL is a bonus!
• You have a proven track record of taking high ownership and willingness to execute hands-on when needed
• You have a knack for driving 0-to-1 rapid experimentation initiatives and 1-100 standardized operational initiatives

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on electric vehicle (EV) development. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and optimization of embedded systems that power the next generation of electric vehicles. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, software developers, and vehicle integration specialists to deliver innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and build embedded systems, including embedded system firmware.

Requirements:

1. Fundamental understanding of Digital, Embedded and Control systems (Linear and Non-linear).
2. Proficiency in working with communication protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN etc.
3. Significant programming experience in embedded C.
4. Have hands on experience in different integrated development environment (IDE) for TI,NXP, STM controllers.
5. Have worked with the likes of TI, STM32 and NXP S32K series of Microcontrollers.
6. Have experience in implementation of embedded OS viz. Micro-Linux, RTOS/FreeRTOS.
7. Have worked on 4G/2G based IOT systems, Bluetooth connectivity etc.
8. Basic understanding of MATLAB/Simulink for System modelling.
9. Understanding of implementation of embedded APIs, to be accessed by third party systems.
10. Have understanding of working of arm-gcc type compilers.

Education Level: B.Tech in Electronics and Electrical Engineering / Computer Science Engineering or any other engineering field with relevant experience of project work.

• SAP Real Estate Management (SAP REM)/ RE-FX
• SAP REM – need a very strong senior-level SAP Real Estate experience immediately
• Should be able to identify, design and configure SAP Real Estate management. Can act as a lead and run client workshops. # of resources required = 1
• SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX) module – configuration and enhancement, integration with SAP FI/CO/PM/PS, Record & Case Management, reporting in BW system.
• Integration of RE-FX/FI-AA/PM with Geo enablement & maps.
• ABAP development: SAP Data Dictionary, SAP Functions (local and RFC), BAPI, custom ALV reports and data upload programs, User Exits, BAdI, Adobe PDF forms.

Skills And Qualifications

• Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
