About the Role

AI-Native Design Workflow (Expected)

We expect our designers to be AI-native in the way they work.

You should be comfortable using modern AI-powered design and productivity tools such as Figma Make, Claude (for design exploration), Paper, Lovable, Freepik AI, and similar tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, and execution.

We value designers who know how to combine the right tools, iterate quickly, and "hack" together solutions rather than starting everything from a blank canvas. The competitive advantage isn't doing everything manually, it's knowing where human judgment, taste, and product thinking create the most value.
