- Expert in AS400 development
- Expert programming in all forms of RPG (rpgle, free format, SQL etc.)
- Knowledge of Web services, job-queues
- Troubleshooting, debugging and resolving existing problems
- Analyze, create, develop and maintain RPG applications. New development must be modular with microservices in mind.

What you will be doing
As a User Experience Researcher, you’ll play a critical role in creating useful, usable, and delightful products. Working with stakeholders across functions and levels, you'll have impact at all stages of product development. You will conduct end- to-end research using a variety of methodologies, helping us gain confidence in our understanding of our users, their needs and the opportunities this uncovers for our products. You'll be empowered to work with autonomy and creativity every step of the way, partnering with key stakeholders across product management, design, analytics, data science, marketing and engineering to influence product design and direction.
What you will be doing
- Build and execute impactful research plans that provide deep customer insights needed to impact strategy and UX. Innovate and develop approaches to measure users’ experiences.
- Execute rigorous research within complex constraints such as recruiting hard-to-reach audiences, overcoming remote research technology challenges, and adapting approaches to give people of all abilities, languages, and boundaries space to contribute.
- Synthesize and derive insights across research that you will conduct on your own or in partnership with other researchers, prior research, and quantitative data sources including product telemetry and experimentation to derive useful and human-centered insights.
- Build clear and compelling narratives that land your customer-focused, human-centric research insights at the right level of altitude for different partners including engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Continuously inform design and engineering plans using customer insight (qualitative and quantitative). Critical to this accountability will be identifying gaps and customer pain points, as well as potential customer delighters.
What are we looking for
- 5+years of UX Research and analysis experience in the consumer-facing Product space.
- Extensive experience with qualitative and quantitative user research, including experimental design, sample selection and recruiting, surveys, focus groups, in-person and remote usability testing, ethnographic field research, and more.
- Portfolio containing work samples representing complex system research and user testing outcomes for web, desktop and mobile experiences.
- Degree in HCI, Human Factors, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Engineering or a related subject, and practical, hands-on experience conducting research in technology-related fields.
- Ability to productively collaborate with project stakeholders and teams that are both local and geographically distributed, representing a variety of cultures.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects and connect the dots, to complement the core product and business values.
- Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively with tight deadlines, and multi-task efficiently in high volume, fast-paced settings.
- Strong communication skills to confidently present to various audience types and seniority levels, and an ability to provide bottom-line insights that help teams realize the tangible value and productively execute on research/testing findings.
- Strong data collection and analysis skills to be self-sufficient in generating, analyzing and presenting results from quantitative & qualitative research, and an ability to translate complex analyses into actionable and sustainable recommendations.

We at OYO are expanding our design team and looking for a Senior Product Designer / Product Designer - II to join us. The role will be an advocate for OYO design, shaping product experiences by creating designs that delight our users and make them successful.

Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Principal Product Designers, Business Teams, Product and Tech teams to deliver high impact data-driven design solutions.
- Creating cohesive style guides ensures a consistent design language is applied across the product.
- Designing new products, interfaces, and user experiences across multiple platforms.
- Simplify complex user interactions, highlight the product’s brand and unique personality.

Requirements
- 4 - 8 years of experience in product designing.
- Detail orientation, execution excellence and entrepreneurial spirit.
- A design portfolio demonstrating design principles, problem-solving approach and the solution for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Hands-on experience in Figma design tool and familiarity with other design tools including but not limited to: Sketch, adobe application or micro interaction tools.
- A strong foundation in visual and interaction design.
- Expertise with mobile and consumer facing UX design.
- Good knowledge in design fundamentals, such as design thinking frameworks, and the ability to take on a structured approach in solving problems.
- Effective team player, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting application(Web & Mobile) and infrastructure penetration testing assessments.
- Deploy, improve and utilize SAST/DAST/SCA and other cybersecurity solutions to detect & prevent security vulnerabilities.
- Work closely with the business, product and Development/engineering teams to provide input and guidance on developing secure products and help teams adopt shift-security-to-left practices.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to secure the cloud environment.

- Improve and automate cybersecurity processes within the CI/CD pipelines.
- Continuously review and identify security improvement opportunities in existing products, processes, services and workflows to ensure the people, products and technology in the organization are protected against current and future cybersecurity threats.
- Deliver awareness sessions on Secure Development to engineering/development teams
- Drive continuous improvement activities to define, measure, visualize and improve key cyber security metrics related to Application Security.
- Preparing and launching social engineering campaigns;
Key Skills:
- Expertise in application(Web & Mobile) and infrastructure penetration testing.
- Strong experience with Azure or AWS cloud environments and its security controls.
- Experience with microservices architectures & distributed Platforms
- Strong experience with using Agile software development and securing CI/CD pipeline.
- Coding Experience in Scripting & programming languages (such as Terraform, Java, Python, Ruby, etc.)
- Knowledge of how modern web & mobile apps are designed, developed and deployed across different platforms;
- Knowledge of common exploitation techniques and mitigations.
- Experience in implementing and managing a vulnerability management program (process and technology).
- Experience and knowledge of implementing a DevSecOps ecosystem and strong understanding of Dynamic and Static Application Security Testing (DAST & SAST).
- Understanding of the main cybersecurity tools (SIEM, IPS, XDR, etc.).
- Strong understanding of OWASP, PTES and other penetration testing methodologies.
- Understanding of global security frameworks and standards like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI etc.
- Strong knowledge in preparing and launching social engineering campaigns.
- Ability to program or script in your preferred language
- Good understanding of network and OS principles
- Strong written and spoken English skills and ability to write high-quality reports
- An Information Security qualification e.g CSSLP, CEH, OSCP, or similar certification
