-Leading the Operational efficiency of the business in the hub in every way and continuously exploring ways to improve the processes -Taking the ownership and driving the metrics of customer experience – percentage delight, percentage unhappy -Rigorous monitoring and performance management of the operations and transformation teams -Running projects in the hub to deliver superior consumer experience Guiding the transformation team to ensure a seamless and effective elevation of the properties to OYO standards in the least possible time Engaging with different stakeholders remotely– vendors, property owners, local and central cross functional teams to deliver the best operational excellence -Driving initiatives to increase the overall SRNs in the hub Take and drive decisions across offline demand, Supply, CX with the right balance -Should have excellent communication and leadership skills to work in a dynamic environment. The person would be responsible for :-1. Drive Off Line Sales through rigorous cold calling and meeting potential clients/corporates/organisations to sell OYO Portfolio2. Identify/On-board/Develop Channel partners3. Periodic market Research for finding different avenues for demand, collecting competitors data and effective data mining for generating prospects 4. Responsible for end-to- end Sales process from qualifying clients to closing the deals to retaining/acquiring new accounts/clients, in a specified region/market 5. Understand clients requirements and tailor-pitch the product portfolio accordingly 6. Efficient Planning and Executing market-site visits within assigned region, maintain and review7. Maintain and review monthly Sales Tracker of accounts and targets8. Share regular feedback on market conditions, competition, pricing and other factors influencing on-ground sales 9.
