Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java (primary) and working knowledge of Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, while contributing to high-quality software delivery across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture)
• Develop reusable components and APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
• Leverage Python for automation, scripting, data processing, or ML-related use cases (as applicable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, multithreading, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning
• Practical experience with Python (automation, scripting, or backend development)
• Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of Python frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django)
• Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) or ML workflows

Summary - 

Responsibility – To extend technical support to sales/customers for all kind of technical enquiries,manage projects, handling seal failure analysis(performance issue). Has a large technical understanding to respond to customers' requests to safeguard existing business.

Responsibilities:

• To study the EAR(Engineering action request), customer drawing/technical specification,seal selection and make the proposal drawing for potential customers.
• Follow up on proposal with customer for approval etc
• During proto development, to support the seal installation.
• In case of any seal failure, to study & find out the possible reasons. Sending the failure analysis report taking guidance from experts.
• Understand Customer Technical training
• Visiting the customers along with CSR as & when required
• To handle the projects & maintaining the project report.
•  To keep track of customer & supplier drawings, standards, quotes etc.
•  Participate in promotional activities like exhibition, technical seminars etc.
•  To promote new seals in our customer application.
•  Process knowledge of Oil & Gas Segment

Education and Experience:

Qualification: ME / Mechanical Engineering / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Exp in Oil & Gas, & OEM Sales with 5-7 Years

• Familiar with CRM Software
• Strong Knowledge on Business Sales and Marketing Practices
• Knowledge in seals, Hydraulics and Pneumatics Systems Preferred

·         3-5 years of experience with SharePoint Online and/or enterprise CMS platforms.

·         Familiarity with Contentful or other headless CMS solutions is a strong plus.

SharePoint to Contentful Migration | Backend + CMS Integration

·         Assist in maintaining and enhancing SharePoint Online content and features during the transition period.

·         Support the migration of pages, documents, and metadata from SharePoint to Contentful.

·         Contribute to the design and development of backend services that integrate with Contentful using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.

·         Write reusable services for content delivery, search indexing (via Elasticsearch), and event processing (via Kafka).

Role & Responsibilities

• A Proven work experience as a Ruby on Rails developer with good understanding of Java script, jQuery, HTML, CSS. The individual will need to be hands on with development, performance optimisation, secure development process, usability, and coding standards of the product.

• Candidate need to be comfortable dabbling with some basic infrastructure management on AWS.
