Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Windows Administrator with hands-on experience in cloud technologies to manage, maintain, and optimize Windows server environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, cloud platforms, and infrastructure automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory (Entra ID).
• Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (AWS knowledge is an added advantage).
• Perform server patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
• Monitor server performance, availability, and system health.
• Configure and manage virtual environments using VMware or Hyper-V.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, server, networking, and cloud-related issues.
• Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Manage storage, file servers, and permissions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams for project implementation.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and IIS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, and Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of Windows security, patch management, and endpoint management.
• Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and backup solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS is an advantage.

• Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to understand client objectives, project requirements, and brand guidelines.

• Develop creative design concepts and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital marketing platforms.

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Interpret client requirements and translate them into creative design concepts.

• Develop design briefs by gathering relevant information, insights, and reference material.

• Present design ideas and final concepts internally or to account managers when required.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including copywriters, photographers, printers, illustrators, developers, and marketing specialists.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

We create stories with immersive roleplay experiences that allow the audience to control how the stories unfold and end. And while doing that, we are solving some fascinating problems around decoding human psychology and understanding our audience’s content tastes using engineering and data science.

We are looking for an Engineering Head to join our founding team and drive the vision and architecture for scaling KahaniBox to 100M+ monthly users.

You will:

• Recruit and manage world-class engineering talent both in India and abroad.
• Lead the development of our content creation engine, recommendation engine, and content insight engine. 
• Prototype and implement new product ideas and initiatives around increasing revenue, user retention, content consumption, etc.
• Implement and continuously improve processes for high-velocity engineering, including DevOps, testing, CI/CD, PRs, etc.
• Keep technical debt under control by reinforcing and evolving our engineering culture, which values code reviews, high test coverage, and adequate documentation.

You have:

• 7+ years of engineering experience in scaling, optimizing, and rewriting significant systems. Bonus points for gaming/media-tech experience.
• 3+ years of team management experience. 
• Strong team-building and empowering skills - you excel in hiring and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
• Exceptional competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design, and OOP.
• Experience with at least one Cloud Providers: GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience in building data pipelines and implementing event-driven architectures.
• Strong bias to ship early and iterate quickly with data.
• Intermediate understanding of Machine Learning.

Core Responsibilities:

• Write test cases to test code using automation frameworks, as well as create and continuously improve our test automation environment.
• Develop & maintain automated test scripts covering functional correctness using Object Oriented programming concepts, for both new features & Regression testing of existing functionality
• Understand software internals, debug code, automate repetitive tasks, and implement new tools and frameworks needed to streamline our QA process.
• Work directly with both Software Development Engineers and Product Managers to understand features, review technical implementations, and implement testing strategy.

Skills and Expertise:

• Minimum 3 Years' Experience
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of various automated tools that are used in the
