We are immensely looking for MEAN/MERN Developer.

Full Stack Developer Responsibilities:

• Developing front end website architecture.
• Designing user interactions on web pages.
• Developing back-end website applications.
• Creating servers and databases for functionality.
• Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
• Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
• Designing and developing APIs.
• Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
• Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.

Full Stack Developer Requirements:

• Degree in computer science.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with fundamental front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
• Proficiency with server-side languages such Java, PHP, and .Net.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.

Experience Required:

• The candidate must at least have a total experience of 1-4 years in the relevant field.
• The candidate must have basic knowledge regarding data structure and algorithm.
• We require people with keen logisticts skills.
• The candidate must be strong with basics and their concepts must be clear enough to deal with all sorts of delusions.

Location: Indore (WFO)

Responsibilities

• Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
• Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand the project
• Develop, present, and take feedback, and iterations for the final user experience.
• Must be open to doing multiple iterations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
• 1-4 years of experience in design
• Proficient in visual design and wireframing tools
• Must have experience in a product-based company.

**What you will do**

Ideally, we want you to think out of the box and come up with growth hacking strategies. A few things we can suggest are - 

1. Mention our aeroleads name on the web. You can post on Slack groups, Discord groups, Sales Telegram channels, marketing-related subreddits, Quora, ProductHunt, LinkedIn, etc
2. Get some startup, news, and blog coverage for our product. 
3. You want to focus on building a brand and audience. 

There are 100s of other growth hacking things we can do We can discuss those at the time of the Interview and when you start working. 

We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, who can observe and learn and can apply himself. The icing on the cake will be if you already have experience in growth hacking in a SaaS company! 

• Expertise in building web applications and APIs.
• Strong knowledge in PHP core and web framework Laravel
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, AJAX.
• Familiar with MYSQL query language
• Knowledge of frontend backend integration
• Knowledge in Linux based OS like Ubuntu is an added advantage
• writing well designed, testable, efficient code
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Willingness to own a responsibility
• Ability to work in a team as well as an individual
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines
