Should have a great understanding of MEAN/MERN Stack.

Job Objectives:

- Integration of user- facing elements developed by front- end developers with server- side logic

- Optimize web applications to maximize speed and scale. Support diverse clients from high- powered desktop computers to small mobile devices

- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability

- Implementation of security and data protection

- Collaborate with senior management, operations & business team

- Building Rest APIs and maintain Database optimizations

Looking For:

- Great understanding of Node, react, Express, Socket.io, MVVM framework

- Worked on e- commerce website, server handling and deployments scripts

- The one who has worked on customer facing product for 2 years

- Strong knowledge of MEAN stack (Min 3 yrs professional working experience) with basic understanding of LAMP.

- Experience designing scalable, fault tolerant systems and databases.

Requirements for the Role

• 2+ years experience in a highly technical role at a hyper-growth startup or fast-paced company.
• Extensive background in designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving the software.
• Good understanding of Node.js & Javascript ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business goals and initiatives into technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of SQL database.
• Demonstrable experience architecting scalable and cost-effective solutions to ensure and support customer growth.

• Drive people & culture practices with data driven insights. 

• MBA in HR from premier colleges like IIMK, XLRI, TISS & similar. 
• Experience: Range of 5+ years and one of the experiences should be with a startup or technology company. 
• Should have experience of managing teams at a global level. 
• Extensive knowledge of HR automation tools and software.
• Strong experience in planning, creating, and implementing HR strategies.
• Solid understanding of people analytics.
