Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Product, Strategy, Marketing and Tech teams, to shape and deliver design vision and strategy
- Work closely with the product team to identify research questions.
- Plan and conduct interviews, user surveys, usability tests to understand user needs, find relevant solutions and shape long-term product strategy
- Help define and refine user personas
- Plan and design the information architecture for the app- what information should go where? Which elements are more important and should be given priority?
- Create use cases, design flows, wireframes, experiences and define information hierarchies
- Design mockups and prototype interactive solutions
- Collaborate with front-end developers to translate design appropriately
- Write compelling, user-friendly copy that guides the user and embodies the voice of the brand
- Employing industry and design best practice throughout the build process
- Optimizing pages for maximum speed and scalability
- Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand's style or voice through its visual touchpoints
- Should be open to working on any design collateral whether related to app or web or general physical/digital promotion design

- Skills and Qualifications :

- Up-to-date knowledge of softwares like InVision, Sketch/Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Marvel

As an HMI Developer, you will be responsible for the entire HMI development process, from requirement analysis to release and deployment. You should have a strong understanding of the automotive domain, particularly in the areas of infotainment and cluster systems. Your coding skills should be exceptional, with expertise in C++. Hands-on experience with HMI frameworks like EB Guide, QT QML, Kanzi Studio, Altia, or Unreal is necessary. Additionally, you should possess debugging skills with standard debugger, toolchains, and target hardware such as infotainment units, digital clusters, or HUDs. Knowledge of automotive domain and communication protocols like CAN, LIN, MOST, UART, and JTAG is a must. Familiarity with design principles and UX processes is beneficial. Proficiency in version control systems like Git, project management tools like Jira, requirements management tools like Doors, and UML is required. It would be advantageous to have experience with model-based design and knowledge of operating systems like QNX, Linux, and other real-time operating systems. Understanding embedded device and microcontroller workings would also be beneficial.

Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
