As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries efficiently while ensuring an exceptional service experience.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 level – mandatory)
• Education: Graduates and Undergraduates both are eligible
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Support (Healthcare background preferred)
• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC (₹30,517 in-hand)
• 5 Days Working with 2 rotational week-offs
• Rotational Shifts (24/7 environment)
• Two-way cab facility available (for hiring zone only)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails from international customers.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic assistance for customer queries or concerns.
• Analyze customer issues and ensure first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher support tiers when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
• Ensure adherence to process guidelines, SLAs, and quality parameters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Requirements:

• Strong in data structure and algorithms.
• Experience in Node.js, Express, API Design & DOM.
• Understanding of component based design or other design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing & continuous integration.
• RDBMS and NoSQL databases preferably PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving search engine visibility and organic traffic.
• Create compelling ad copy and visual assets for digital ads, landing pages, and other marketing collateral.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and paid campaigns.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

You’ll collaborate with Product Managers and other UI designers to design new features, translate concepts into living and breathing prototypes, and rapidly iterate on interactions, animations, and details to deliver the best user experience. You will be responsible for conceptualizing & creating highly interactive user interfaces across all supported platforms.

You are passionate about design and are driven to create solutions for our clients that combine business objectives, design principles, and continuous user research into a compelling user experience. You have experience in designing a consistent and adaptable platform-based approach to user experience within a technology-driven and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based environment. Responsibilities: 

• Gather, analyse & process data to determine the user needs & enhance the user experience
• Research & learn new, or re- emerging front- end technologies that facilitate improved user experience.
• Conceptualise designs through storyboards & concept presentations
• Design beautiful digital interfaces and present ideas in a compelling manner
• Perform usability testing with prototypes
• Create wireframes & prototypes to create a perfect user interface 
• Create the best visual communication design with graphic design, website design, drawing and illustration, animation, client discussion and standard layouts.
• Mentor other team members in conceptualising and visually articulating design solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Arts/Commerce/Science/Technology 
• 8 to 10 years of experience in UI/UX designing
• Must have experience in designing user interfaces for B2B SaaS Products
• Must have excellent experience using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment
• Should have excellent communication skills, with an ability to convey ideas clearly & precisely
• Must have leadership skills & a good team player
• Must be pro-active & a self-starter

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / Javascript / Webpack / Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Linux and deployment on Linux.
• Familiarity with Redux Thunk / Redux Saga will be an added advantage.
• Skillful experience in Node JS / Express / MongoDB will be a plus.
• Understanding of mobile cross-platform frameworks like React Native.
