Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and drive growth in the cryptocurrency sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience within the cryptocurrency space.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
• Monitor trends in the cryptocurrency industry and leverage them to create timely and relevant social media content.
• Engage with our community and followers on social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all social media platforms.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.
• Implement paid social media campaigns to promote products, events, or initiatives within the cryptocurrency industry.
• Monitor and manage the company's reputation on social media, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Passion for and understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and related topics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging social media content.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Requirement:

▪ 4~10 years’ experience in Automation using Typescript, Javascript, Java as programming languages

▪ Able to demonstrate good technical & problem solving skills

▪ Possess relevant hands-on experience with developing automation scripts using tools like protractor, selenium, rest assured, cucumber, POM model etc.

▪ Should be ready to explore, learn and develop solutions for problems.

• Responsible for recruitment cycle which includes Screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews.
• Resourcing suitable candidates through different sources, such as: Using job portals, Employee referrals, Database, References, Networking.
• Posting Jobs and Fetching Resumes from Job Portals. 
• Salary Negotiation with candidate.
• Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis of selected candidates. 
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of compensation policy. 
• Other documentation which includes: validations of certificates & documents, training arrangements, briefing of company policies and rules & regulations.
• Managing welfare measures, HR - Management initiatives, employee get together, team building activities etc. to enhance motivation levels, productivity and relationship building.

What you need to have: 

Required Candidate profile

We are looking for a React Native developer interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Reach out to the open source community to encourage and help implement mission-critical software fixesReact Native moves fast and often breaks things.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
• Transition existing React web apps to React Native

Job Description 

• Collaborate with a team of engineers and managers to create applications used by our Investors, Channel Partners and Operations Team
• Write clean, self-documenting code that follows best practices and design patterns
• Provide creative ideas to improve our product and technology
• Think beyond the specifics of a ticket in order to delight customers or grow the business
• Be a self-starter that can, at times, take initiative and execute on projects with little direction

Minimum qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience
• Expert in Python with knowledge on at least one industry standard framework like Django, Flask, etc.
• Solid knowledge of developing backend applications
• Have a strong demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and diligent work ethic
• Experience using Docker and cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Database design skills
