About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support the HR team with data management, incentive calculations, and payroll reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Excel, with a focus on incentive calculations and presenting payout data to the finance team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of HR metrics, and the ability to generate actionable reports to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incentive Calculations: Accurately calculate and track employee incentives based on performance metrics, ensuring timely and error-free payouts.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed MIS reports related to employee incentives, payroll data, and other HR metrics.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and present incentive and payout data to the finance team for accurate budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Excel Expertise: Use advanced Excel functions (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, and formulas) to generate and manipulate large datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in an MIS or HR-related role, with a focus on incentive calculations and payroll reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
- Experience in presenting and explaining payout data to finance teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

We are seeking a BFSI Recruiter who will focus 70% of their time on recruiting support roles such as Admin, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations, while dedicating 30% of their time to managing employee grievances and assisting with HR operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, screening, and managing recruitment for support functions, as well as addressing employee concerns and handling HR administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (70%): Source, screen, and hire candidates for support roles across Admin, HR, Finance, IT, and Operations. Coordinate with hiring managers to align on job requirements, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- Employee Grievances & HR Operations (30%): Address employee concerns and grievances, mediate conflicts, and support HR functions like attendance management, leave tracking, and record maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment for support roles (Admin, HR, Finance, IT, Operations).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
