Key Responsibilities:
- The first point of contact for customers, ensuring delivery excellence and availability to answer any inbound questions or calls.
 - Instrumental in developing customer relationships that help teams improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
 - Maintain excellent service by going above and beyond to ensure customer delight and retention.
 - Be at the forefront of the delivery cycle - managing client expectations, driving product usage, and ensuring adoption.
