Customer Success Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Angular Developer with around 3 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong front-end development skills and a good understanding of modern web development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dynamic and responsive web applications using Angular (preferably Angular 8+)
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into functional web components
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards
• Work closely with backend developers and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and performance

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Good understanding of RxJS, NgRx, and Angular CLI
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with backend services
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Experience with Git or other version control systems
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

Good to Have:

• Exposure to unit testing using Jasmine and Karma
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies like Node.js or Java for better integration understanding

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in Angular development

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5 - 11 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.
• Proven experience with React.js and related technologies (e.g., Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, Server Sent Events, WebSocket's
• Hand’s on experience with web components, micro frontends
• Deep understanding of browser apis like history, intersection observer, event handling, virtual panes, drag and drop etc
• Ability to work on a complex and fast moving code base.
• Familiarity with TypeScript and its integration with React applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with expertise in Angular to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java technologies on the backend and Angular framework on the frontend. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs using Java and Spring framework.
• Building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using Angular framework.
• Integrating backend services with frontend components to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Collaborating with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications and enhance user interactions.
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.
• Working closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in Java and Angular development.

Qualifications:

• Btech/ BE in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with expertise in building web applications.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and Spring framework.
• Extensive experience with Angular framework and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
• Solid understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate).
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• You follow the systems and processes and utilize CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered in CRM for all the leads, prospects, customers and partners engagements

• You are expected to have strong negotiation skills and closure of the business deals profitably to GOFRUGAL
• You need to establish trust in relationship with customer and gain the respect of the customer by ensuring the implementation delivers on the promise made during sales. You will be the go-to person understand his needs, addressing his unhappiness on a timely manner, keeping him happier thus accelerating business through references

- Create email marketing campaigns to promote products or services.

- To plan, execute, test, establish best & effective email marketing practices.

- Purge non-deliverable email addresses and opt-outs

- Create email marketing strategy for leads as well as existing clients

- Create and maintain email marketing reports to improve efficiency 

- Maintain domain reputation and In-boxing rates for all our email campaigns 

- Plan and maintain email calendar for all the brands 

- Maintain lists and database for efficient execution

- Single handedly responsible for execution of all email marketing campaigns 

Technical Leader reporting to the CTO/CEO. Your responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

1. Architecting, Designing and Developing Software Programmes based on requirements provided
2. Designing and Developing with a high quality of code that is modular, scalable and re-usable at all times
3. Promote SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) to ensure all of the services are Highly-Available and Fault Tolerant at all times
4. Communicate effectively the system requirements to other software development teams
5. Involve pro-actively with client and their requirements
6. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
7. Oversee assigned programs (e.g. conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
8. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
9. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
10. Address technical concerns, ideas and suggestions
11. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
