Role Summary
We are hiring a driven Presales Executive to manage lead engagement over phone and digital channels. The role involves contacting potential buyers, qualifying their requirements, sharing project details, and booking site visits. The objective is simple: convert raw leads into sales opportunities and support the sales pipeline with consistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from qualified lead sources.
- Understand client needs and share accurate property/project details.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process with timely updates on offers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Track all conversations, status, and progress in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to calls, visits, and conversions.
- Manage basic WhatsApp campaigns and email outreach to active leads.
- Answer questions professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (any specialization).
Experience
- 0.6 -1+ years in tele calling, telesales, or customer support.
- Real estate experience is preferred (not mandatory).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English and local/regional languages (Hindi, Kannada, Tamil).
- Persuasive communication with solid negotiation ability.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure without losing focus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Other Requirements
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Weekend working and weekday off policy as per company norms.
