Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and high-performance RESTful APIs. The ideal candidate will work on modern microservices architecture, ensure clean and efficient code, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python
• Build scalable microservices and integrate third-party APIs
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability

• Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices

Position: Strategy Insights & Planning Analyst

Experience: Experience 2+ years of relevant experience

Location :  WFO (3 days working) Gurgaon

Employment Type:  contract for 5 months-Can be extended basis performance and future requirements

Skills and responsibilities:

• Help support successful assessment of organization strategy & ways of working for a Pharma client and help define their future operating model. 
• Assist in developing discovery interviews questionnaire to assess and synthesize the current landscape
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication to relevant stakeholders. 
• Assist in conducting discovery interviews with relevant stakeholders. 
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of the interview synthesis to analyze the gaps/pain points in the current landscape and ways of working.
• Support the development and execution of high-quality deliverables, communications throughout the project. 
• comfortable with various communication tools (Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively design communications for diverse audiences and participate in client discussions
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to assess current landscape and ways of working
• Experience in org design, strategy-based projects in the past
• Experience of working in Pharma industry is a plus

• Strong working knowledge of Typescript, MongoDB, MySQL, Express

• Manage PR, social media, blogs, and other online campaigns.
• Refine and execute monetization strategy and roadmap.
• As a key member of the Executive Team, make major contributions to overall Company strategy and organizational development (recruitment, culture, etc.).

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing for online consumer product/service, preferably in the social media/community space
• Extremely creative, the out-of-the-box thinker!
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful communications strategies, including ownerships of brand position/messaging and marketing channels (e.g., PR, events, online acquisition, etc.)
• A history of success with multiple user acquisition methods.
• Experience with campaign management.
• Experience with site flow conversion optimization and A/B testing.
• Experience in developing and executing monetization strategies -determining services, packaging, pricing, positioning, and communications.
• A great team player and motivator!
• Strong, clear communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
