Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to flight, hotel, and holiday bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding bookings, refunds, cancellations, and general travel inquiries.
- Assist customers with itinerary details, travel requirements, fare rules, and booking processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ticketing, Operations, Finance) to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure all queries are closed within TAT.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude and clear communication.
- Manage escalations professionally and strive for first-contact resolution.
