We are hiring a Business Development Executive (International Inside Sales B2B) to expand our international client base. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, outbound prospecting, and client communication.

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Night Shift)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities from international B2B markets.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online meetings with global prospects.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
• Understand client needs and present suitable company services effectively.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain sales records, CRM updates, and regular follow-ups.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in International Inside Sales / Pre-Sales / B2B Business Development.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, and lead conversion.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently toward sales targets.
• Comfortable with night shift timing and occasional office visits.

1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
2. Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotes.
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating them to the sales manager when necessary.

• Application and Infrastructure Architecture: Design and architect both application and infrastructure landscapes, considering factors like Oracle, SQL Server, Shareplex, Commvault, Windows, Linux, Solaris, SNMP polling, and SNMP traps.
• Cross-Platform Integration: Integrate Dynatrace with various products such as Splunk, APIM, and VMWare to provide comprehensive monitoring and analysis capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on Migrating sensitive customer data from a third-party investment platform or Excel to SyndicationPro with minimal supervision.
• Understand the client’s needs and set up the SyndicationPro platform to meet customer expectations.
• Analyze customer expectations and data to share an expected completion time.
• To manage multiple migrations at the same time to ensure migrations are completed within the stipulated time.
• Work closely with internal and customer-facing teams to deep dive on a customer migration request and workflow using our systems to ensure nothing falls to the bottom of the to-do list
• Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output.
• Keep current on product releases and updates
