Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers from qualified lead sources.
- Understand client needs and share accurate property/project details.
- Maintain a structured follow-up process with timely updates on offers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Track all conversations, status, and progress in the CRM.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to calls, visits, and conversions.
- Manage basic WhatsApp campaigns and email outreach to active leads.
- Answer questions professionally and escalate complex cases when required.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (any specialization).
Experience
- 0.6 -1+ years in tele calling, telesales, or customer support.
- Real estate experience is preferred (not mandatory).
