Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to research, design, build, and roll out customer- and internal-facing products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Key responsibilities:
- Discovery Research: Lead qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, online customer interviews, and analysis of internal feedback sources.
