• 4+ years of experience in Direct sales and building Partners in selling ERP software or similar software. • Cloud/SaaS sales experience is preferable. • Strong understanding of the Indian market and an established network of ‘C’ level executives in the Indian market. • Proven ability to develop and implement a comprehensive go to market strategy for the given solution set within a given market segment / business vertical. • Good understanding and working knowledge of the manufacturing industry. • Volume market experience (large volume of deals, SMB models, and programmatic sales campaigns) is required. • Proven track record of capturing and growing customer and market share in a profitable manner • Manages the sales pipeline in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of the individual and group contributions to the established goals. • Develop strong, lasting relationships with clients. Possess desire to understand and satisfy customers’ needs and exceed expectations whenever possible. • Ability to deal with complex problems, understand and evaluate risks, apply personal insight and experience to business situations, make decisions where there is no precedent or formal procedures. Sr BI Analyst / Lead BI Analyst Must Have: At least 3 to 6 years of techno functional / technical experience in delivering projects for Large Enterprises Strong background in data analysis, data sources, data warehouse and business intelligence Progressive experience in areas of ETL, Data Modelling, Data Visualization, Reporting and Analytics Familiarity with database concepts, SQL queries, joins and programming Experience in system administration, problem debugging, and solution design Formal education in technology, engineering and programming Ability to demonstrate strong technical aptitude Experience in handling customer communication Ability to manage individual contribution and workload, setting expectations and self-learning Familiarity with self-service BI products such as Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire, Power BI, MSBI Additional Requirements (Nice to have): Understanding of data challenges encountered by business users Domain expertise to any of the following domains highly desired - Finance, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals
