Marketing Strategist We are looking for an experienced Marketing strategist to lead our Marketing department. You’ll be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. Our Marketing strategist position involves a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. If you’re a creative, goal-oriented professional, we would like you to be part of our team and share innovative ideas to achieve our targets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc. • Monitor progress and submit performance reports • Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence, editorial design and organizing the company’s publications • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements • Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects • Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships. • Establish a strong, long-term web presence We require someone who is creative, proactive and with a start up thought process. Familiarity with SEO, SEM and usage of analytical tools. Proficiency in English with very strong communication skills.
Social Media Marketer Overall Job Purpose: The Social Media Marketer is responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s social media strategy, working on key social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients & candidates as well as generate relevant leads. Reports to: Varun Umesh, CEO & Founder Key Duties: 1. Social Media Community Management a. Streamline company social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages, graphics, and other elements within the communities. b. Increase the number of followers we have on Twitter by following and engaging with potential clients and candidates. c. Monitoring and replying to Tweets from candidates and clients – as and when required d. Posting Tweets on a daily basis (both job- and industry-related), and plan forward-looking Tweets over weekends and holidays e. Posting updates on the Company LinkedIn account f. Use LinkedIn polls and surveys to build our social media footprint and reputation. g. Liaising with staff internally to ensure that their company profiles are accurate and up-to-date. h. Posting updates on the Company Facebook account i. Build Facebook ‘likes’ by approaching potential clients and candidates through other social media channels and email marketing campaigns. 2. Coordinating and Distributing Content a. Scheduling and coordinating a monthly brainstorming meeting with Founder and key members of staff to establish content ideas for the month ahead, and to plan for a monthly social media calendar. b. Maintain a monthly social media calendar. 3. SEO a. Research free online directories to generate inbound links for SEO. – at least b. Using Google, search for keywords and look at our competitors’ brands for forums and directories that we can sign up to generate inbound links for our company. 4. Key Skills Required for the Role: a. Excellent English; b. Proven written communication skills, and a passion for writing both short- and long copy. c. Excellent verbal communications skills. d. An interest in marketing, communications, social media or reputation management; e. Familiarity with key social media tools (e.g. Twitter and Facebook) and with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel); f. An ability to consistently demonstrate our values of insight, hard work, and effectiveness in your personal approach to work; g. Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn; h. A proactive, service-focused attitude towards clients and candidates and the teams you support internally; i. An ability to prioritize work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times and minimal fuss; and j. The ability to work collaboratively with a team.
