3. Develop and manage an architecture decisions guidelines framework that will be useful to
make consistent, faster and reliable architecture and design decisions.
4. Documenting or making this information available to all engineers - new or old
5. Create mechanisms to audit and ensure architectural compliance across engineering teams

Minimum Qualifications
● At least 8 years of software development experience
● Experience with technically leading projects and architecting high-traffic consumer-facing applications.
● A background in CS or relevant technical experience.
● Familiarity with languages like Go, Java, Ruby and Python.
● Familiarity with the AWS Stack.

JD: 

Development of applications in Java including:
Building data processing platforms.
Developing micro service-oriented applications (Mandatory).
Interact with stakeholders of the applications being developed.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have experience in Java JEE, Spring Framework, Microservices (Mandator)
Experience in SQL and JDBC
Experience in build tools Maven, git
Experience in Cloud Platforms AWS, Azure is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities: 

·         Minimum of 4+ years of experience developing in Ruby on Rails 

·         Candidates must be able to solve Algorithms problems using Ruby 

·         Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and Design Patterns 

·         Experience with RESTful APIs and building Scalable Microservices 

·         Strong System Design and Architecture skills. 

·         Experience working in test-driven environment 

·         Comfortable doing paired programming and extreme programming 

·         Great communication skills and desire to work with multiple technologies - Java, RoR, GraphQL etc. 

·         Experience writing APIs and services with Ruby on Rails
