Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain both new and existing code, ranging from client-side development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, to server-side code using C# and ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Windows services, and ADO.NET for data persistence and retrieval.
• Write readable, extensible, testable code, while being mindful of performance requirements. • Create, maintain, and run unit tests for both new and existing code, with a goal of delivering defect-free and well-tested code to QA.
• Work with management to create and adhere to schedules, while maintaining flexibility to adapt to shifting market demands.
• Translate mockups and wireframes into functioning front-end code.
• Write and maintain documentation for new and existing features.
• Keep up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
• Rapid prototyping, and presenting conceptual design and working prototypes to management.

• Solid understanding of OOP design principles

About the role

We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong technical and communication skills who has developed full stack web apps, created solid APIs and beautiful interfaces for consuming them in user friendly apps. Focusing on details and well written self documented code are essential for this position. You can expect to collaborate with a solid team of designers, product managers, developers and testers on a daily basis.

Your Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing backend services to provide SaaS subscription management and stripe integrations.
2. Taking the lead in designing, developing and managing APIs, services that handle SaaS subscriptions management.
3. Creating/customizing various components and web applications in Vue.js
4. Work with a great team of developers, designers and QA testers.
5. Reviewing, writing clean, tested, manageable code for services that scale to affect thousands of users everyday.
6. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Your Core Skills

1. Solid Experience in Full stack engineering with Node.js and modern Javascript frameworks like Vue.js[preferred], React.js, Angular.
2. Proficient in dashboard development for various applications and should be comfortable understanding the flow of the software.
3. Experience with relational/non-relational databases ex: MySQL / MongoDB / Firestore and have used them to build transactional systems.
4. Hands-on experience in PHP and SOAP / REST-based Web Services development experience in a commercial environment
5. Should have experience with web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP).
6. Ability to design and build web services, and integrations with third parties through API
