Open Position: Senior Software Tester
Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate with clients to understand and analyze the requirements and scope of the project.
Independently take responsibility for project deliverables.
Review and escalate bugs and enhancements to the respective development team and ensure they are fixed by the developers.
Draft System Requirement Specifications and detailed system design documents for projects.
Generate defect reports and provide them to the Project Manager.
Prepare test cases and system documents module-wise.
Manage different tasks simultaneously to complete testing before the timeline with minimal supervision.
Develop scripts using Selenium Web Driver and TestNG.
Knowledge in developing Object-Oriented Programming.
Extensive experience in test case designing using standalone processes, defect management, and building test environments.
Perform sanity, smoke, system testing, re-testing, and regression testing.

Completion of any Software Testing course
Fair knowledge of testing web-based applications

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance evaluations.
- Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while maintaining high bar for quality.
- Closely Interact with other functions such as PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.

Requirements

Role Summary:
Lead and drive the development in BI domain using Tableau eco-system with deep technical and BI ecosystem knowledge. The resource will be responsible for the dashboard design, development, and delivery of BI services using Tableau eco-system.
Key functions & responsibilities:

· Dashboard designing, development and deployment using Tableau eco-system

Technology & Skills:
· Hands-on expertise of Tableau administration and maintenance
· Strong working knowledge and development experience with Tableau Server and Desktop
· Strong knowledge in SQL, PL/SQL and Data modelling
· Knowledge of databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
· Exposure to alternate Visualization technologies like Qlikview, Spotfire, Pentaho etc.
