Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in crafting intuitive, scalable, and delightful digital products. The ideal candidate is confident with tools like Figma, has worked in a fast-paced environment (agency/startup), and is comfortable with both collaboration and ownership.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI for SaaS platforms, B2B dashboards, and consumer-facing applications.
- Collaborate closely with senior designers, developers, and PMs (including IIT alumni) to shape end-to-end product journeys.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Create, maintain, and evolve design systems and reusable UI components.
- Work with developers to ensure seamless design handoffs and pixel-perfect implementation.
- Present ideas and design solutions confidently to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Stay up to date with UI trends, frameworks, and new design tools.
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a design agency or tech product company.
