Modicle Studios is one the fastest growing 360 degree Marketing Communication Organisation based in Bhandup Mumbai.

For this expansion we are looking at a young dynamic Business Development Executive.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Be part of the Business Development function so as to increase the Client Base and Revenue

2. Currrent Lead Management to convert them to prospective clients

4. Engagement of prospects on Linkedin. Work on Linkedin Navigator for generating new leads and keep engaging with them.

5. Organise Seminars/Webinars for prospective clients

6. Attending and Presenting Modicle Studios in Networking and Business Forums

Who can apply?

1. 3-5 Years’ Sales or Business Development experience preferably in a Service Industry

2. Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills

3. Willingness to travel and meet prospects in and around Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Web Developer with strong expertise in frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery) and backend development using Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and interactive web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-friendly web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Design and implement responsive web pages for cross-browser compatibility
• Build backend logic and RESTful APIs using Python (preferably with Flask/Django)
• Integrate frontend components with backend services for full functionality
• Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers for seamless integration
• Maintain documentation and participate in code reviews
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development

Required Skills:

Frontend:

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Experience with jQuery and DOM manipulation
• Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility

Backend:

• Solid foundation in Python programming
• Experience with web frameworks like Flask or Django
• Knowledge of database integration (SQL/NoSQL)

Other:

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Basic knowledge of version control systems like Git
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in web development (for junior/mid-level roles)
• Experience with AJAX, Bootstrap, or other frontend libraries is a plus
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is an advantage

We looking for an efficient candidate for tele-calling services for our tele-calling unit. The candidate should be very fluent in English speaking and should have to capability to attend client requirements and sales. The following requirements are expected from the eligible candidates:

• Proficient in Good English Speaking.

• Should be capable of deploying application on Apache Web Server.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Linux/Ubuntu etc will be an added advantage.
