We are looking for a young, dynamic, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand building and marketing campaigns

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with fresh, out-of-the-box ideas and strong experience in fashion/apparel marketing, retail marketing, digital marketing, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and strengthen the brand identity across retail, digital, and outdoor touchpoints • Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and brand recall • Develop creative and cost-efficient marketing initiatives, including organic social media, partnerships, in-store activations, and influencer collaborations • Plan and execute marketing initiatives that directly contribute to retail sales growth across EBOs, MBOs, and department stores • Manage the brand's digital and social media presence, including content calendars, social platforms, e-commerce marketing, and online presence • Track campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact and continuously optimize marketing spends • Work closely with Retail, Sales, and Design teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and new collection launches • Monitor competitor activity, fashion trends, market developments, and consumer preferences to keep campaigns relevant

Required Skills & Competencies

• 2–6 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field • Fashion, retail, or apparel industry experience preferred • Strong ideas-first and entrepreneurial mindset • Proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns with limited or no budgets • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms • Ability to analyze campaign metrics, ROI, and sales impact • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills • Strong understanding of brand building and retail marketing

Qualification

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

1. Develop, and maintain Java applications using Core Java, Spring framework, JDBC, and threading concepts.
2. Strong understanding of the Spring framework and its various modules.
3. Experience with JDBC for database connectivity and manipulation
4. Utilize database management systems to store and retrieve data efficiently.
5. Proficiency in Core Java8 and thorough understanding of threading concepts and concurrent programming.

7. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure and GCP and gain experience on DevOps practices is added advantage.

10. Understand multi-service flow and integration between components.
11. Handle large-scale data processing tasks efficiently and effectively.
12. Hands on experience using Spark is an added advantage.
13. Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex technical problems.
15. Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
16. Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to improve development processes continuously and methodologies
