We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead our entire channel sales cycle, from identifying potential partners to driving recurring revenue. This crucial role will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full channel sales cycle, from partner identification to driving recurring revenue.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new channel partners across diverse regions and industries.
- Build and nurture strong partner relationships through structured business planning, consistent engagement, and ongoing support.
- Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions to empower partners with essential knowledge and tools.
- Track partner performance and ensure achievement of sales targets through regular reviews, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and partner success.
- Ensure adherence to commercial policies, compliance norms, and revenue-sharing structures.
- Own and achieve revenue targets for specific partner regions or verticals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years in channel sales, partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably within SaaS, Telecom, or Cloud Communication domains.
- Partner Management: Proven experience in onboarding, managing, and growing revenue through channel partners or resellers.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, indirect sales models, and partner revenue contribution metrics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective engagement with partners and internal teams.
- Training & Enablement: Ability to conduct partner training sessions and provide regular product/sales updates.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using CRM tools and analyzing partner performance reports.

What You’ll Do:
We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help us build and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure. You will work closely with our development, product, and security teams to streamline deployments, improve performance, and ensure cloud infrastructure resilience.
Responsibilities:
● Deploy, manage, and monitor infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
● Build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and integrate them with Git workflows
● Design and manage Kubernetes clusters and helm-based deployments
● Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
● Set up logging, monitoring, and alerting (Stackdriver, Prometheus, Grafana)
● Ensure security best practices across cloud resources, networks, and secrets
● Automate repetitive operations and improve system reliability

What We’re Looking For:
Required Skills:
● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps or SRE role
● Strong knowledge of GCP services (IAM, GKE, Cloud Run, VPC, Cloud Build, etc.)
● Proficiency in Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
● Experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning

Diligently update our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas to each weekly meeting
Shadow your dedicated Account Executive in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you'll need for the next role on the sales team.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in similar roles;
Experience as an SDR at any technical product company is a big plus!
Flawless communication skills, both written and oral, with extensive public speaking experience
Working knowledge of the enterprise software market or the ability to learn new software quickly
Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member, making outbound reach - outs every day

We are looking for smart and driven Full Stack Developers to join our team in Pune. The work involves -
Building learning games (using Unity).
Maintaining and enhancing existing suite of learning games.
Designing and writing code in any Object Oriented programming language - writing cross-platform code that works on multiple device formats
