What you’ll be doing :-
• Own the solution design and user experience aspects of any project/product. This includes conducting user research through interviews, observations and other research methods & translating it into insights that are simple, intuitive and result in delightful user experiences.
• Understands product specifications and identifies user touchpoints/ interactions through the various journeys
• Work closely with the product team to translate business requirements into user personas, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes (paper sketches to high- fidelity), flow diagrams and finally production quality mocks for web, mobile web and apps.
• Create images and videos for our various products selling on multiple e-commerce websites.
• Producing graphic content for landing pages, page layouts, site graphics & static & banners
• Defining standards and guidelines for UI and Usability.
• Will work across different brands from food/fashion/BPC categories.
• Suggest design solutions in the form of sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and paper/interactive prototypes.
What will you bring :-
• You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Must have the ability to work with a sense of urgency and be able to successfully navigate changing priorities
• 2-3 years of experience as a visual designer
• Advanced proficiency in visual design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator or any other relevant tools
• Knowledge of 3D design and animation tools such as 3DS Max, Maya.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email, research, and social media to introduce company product and services and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
- Generating leads by working on researching a prospect company and/or by cold calling.
- Supporting the sales team in the daily administrative tasks.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Conduct a need analysis and determine prospects pain points.
- You will help to create identify and track sales leads, generate sales report.
- Should be comfortable and fluent on both written and verbal communications via calls/emails and chats. He/She will be working closely with sales team.
- Prepare a pitch and help deliver the necessary details of IT Companies to prospect lead by assisting the business delivery team.
- Good knowledge of latest tech stacks in Digital Service, mobile and Web Technologies
- Work with Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.



- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent area
- 10 to 20 years of experience in software development
- Hands-on experience designing and building B2B or B2C products
- 3+ years architecting SaaS/Web based customer facing products, leading engineering teams as software/technical architect
- Experiences of engineering practices such as code refactoring, microservices, design and enterprise integration patterns, test and design-driven development, continuous integration, building highly scalable applications, application and infrastructure security
- Strong cloud infrastructure experience with AWS and/or Azure
- Experience building event driven systems and working with message queues/topics
- Broad working experience across multiple programming languages and frameworks with in-depth experience in one or more of the following: .Net, Java, Scala or Go-lang
- Hands-on experience with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL and document stores like Elasticsearch or MongoDB
