About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in creating business assets such as presentations, documentation, and reports.

2. Support the team in developing and optimizing internal business workflows.

3. Help in building and running marketing automation campaigns using the Zoho suite.

4. Assist in preparing internal dashboards and reports using Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of sofa frame construction, upholstery, fabric cutting, and finishing. This role involves leading production processes, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring that all sofas are built to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct high-quality sofas from frame to finish, including cutting, assembly, padding, and upholstery.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and measurements with precision.
• Select appropriate materials such as wood, foam, springs, and fabric/leather for each sofa model.
• Supervise and guide junior sofa makers and apprentices.
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to develop and improve sofa designs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
