Conduct offline training sessions on JAVA topics.

Prepare and share training materials, assignments, and case studies.

Guide students through hands-on activities and real-world marketing projects.

Educational Qualification: M.Com with 2ND Class and above

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.

• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

UI UX Designer Requirements:

• Should have prior knowledge and experience of HTML & CSS mandatorily.

What you need to have: 

Fullstack Developer/Architect/Programmer:

1. 8-10 years experience as Developer/Programmer.
2. Should have an expertise in Core Java, Java & J2ee
3. Built MVC based Web Application Using JSP/Struts framework
4. Experience in Webservices-Restful
5. Experience in Application Servers like Tomcat and WebLogic
6. Good Knowledge of implementing JMS messaging services
7. Good knowledge of HTML5,CSS and JavaScript – Angular.js,Bootstrap, React.js
8. Should have skills in Spring 3.x, Hibernate, Weblogic 12c Implementation

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure Databricks platform .Delta lake, Time travel design patterns. Lambda Data Architecture
2. Experience in Azure Cloud Platform. (ADLS, Blob , ADF ).
3. Understanding of big data file formats like JSON, Avro, Parquet and other prevalent big data file formats
4. Experience with Python, PySpark, Scala, Spark to write data pipelines and data processing layers
5. Demonstrate expertise in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets
6. Experience with Data Governance ( Data Quality, Metadata Management, Security, etc.)
7. Strong SQL skills and proven experience in working with large datasets and relational databases.
8. Understanding Data Warehouse design principles (Tabular, MD).
9. Experience in working with big data tools/environment to automate production pipelines
10. Familiarity with Azure Synapse and Snowflake
11. Experience with data visual analysis and BI tools (matplotlib  and Power BI)
