About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration. - Manage full employee lifecycle from joining to separation
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
- Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbook
Employee Engagement & HR Activities
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Support activities related to employee well-being and workplace culture
- Assist in organizing company events and celebrations
Payroll & Administration
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave records, and required data
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records
- Handle HR administrative activities and coordinate with the accounts team when required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Executive role
- Experience in tech and non-tech hiring
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
