Job Summary:

The Localization Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of multilingual localization projects, ensuring content is accurately translated and culturally adapted for target markets while meeting deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end localization projects including translation, proofreading, QA, desktop publishing (DTP), and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, linguists, vendors, and internal teams.
• Create project timelines, assign resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare project files, instructions, glossaries, translation memories, and reference materials.
• Manage vendor communication including freelance translators, editors, and language service providers.
• Track project status, risks, issues, and escalations; proactively resolve bottlenecks.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure translated content meets linguistic and formatting standards.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and billing-related records.
• Coordinate with engineering/product/content teams for file preparation and technical localization requirements.
• Use localization tools (CAT tools/TMS) to manage workflows and assets.
• Support continuous process improvement for localization operations.

• Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 4+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.
• Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.
• Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.
• Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)
• Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.
• Mandatory (Note 1) - Total experience should not be more than 7 Years.

Key Skills and Requirements

· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js

· Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR in related field B.sc - IT/ BCA /MCA/B.Tech/M.Tech

· Programming experience in Web Application development with Node.js and Express.js

· Must have experience in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js or have extensive exposure in any MVC framework

· Expert in MySQL and Store Procedures

· Knowledge of REST API / Web API protocol

· Understanding HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON, OOPs well enough

· Good to have: React Js.

· Strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to write clear, concise, well-structured, and well-organized code

· Experience with third-party libraries and APIs(Zoho, Leadsquared, Knowlarity, Exotel, LCode, Karza, Google API, DIGIO, etc)

· Ability to identify weaknesses in existing code and improve it

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

· Work with outside data sources and APIs

· Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability Work on bug fixing and improving application performance

· Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Cold calling to the client, Analyzing their requirements regarding the residential properties, scheduling their site visits and take proper followup till bookings of flats

The candidate must have 2-3 years of experience in the domain. The responsibilities include:

● Deploying system on Linux-based environment using Docker

● Manage & maintain the production environment

● Deploy updates and fixes

● Provide Level 1 technical support

● Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience

● Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems

● Perform root cause analysis for production errors

● Investigate and resolve technical issues

● Develop scripts to automate visualization

● Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance

● Experience working on Linux-based infrastructure

● Excellent understanding of MERN Stack, Docker & Nginx (Good to have Node Js)

● Configuration and managing databases such as Mongo

● Excellent troubleshooting

● Experience of working with AWS/Azure/GCP
