Roles & Responsibilities-
- Design & Implementation (React): Create visually engaging, responsive, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js along with frameworks like Material UI, Ant Design, or Tailwind CSS. Design and prototype web pages using Figma, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure design precision, scalability, and performance optimization.
- End-to-End UX Ownership: Manage the complete UX process — from concept and wireframing to front-end design delivery — ensuring seamless, user-centric experiences across all product modules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Data Analysts to convert business goals and insights into clear, functional, and impactful design solutions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, translating them into production ready React components.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct research and usability testing to validate design decisions, enhance navigation, and refine interaction flows based on user behavior.
- Design System Management: Build and maintain a scalable React-based design system, ensuring consistency, reusability, and visual harmony across applications.
- Data Visualization: Collaborate with developers to craft intuitive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Recharts, Chart.js, or D3.js, simplifying complex ad metrics.
- Performance & Accessibility: Ensure all UI designs adhere to accessibility, responsiveness, and performance best practices, delivering inclusive and optimized user experiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of design and front-end trends, contributing ideas and innovations that elevate the overall UX and product quality.
Requirements-
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI implementation.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping.
- Familiarity with Material UI, Tailwind, or other modern React UI libraries.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design principles.
- Strong eye for visual hierarchy, typography, and micro-interactions.
- Proficient in Web designing Figma is required.
