• Development/Technical support experience in preferably DevOps.
• Looking for an engineer to be part of GitHub Actions support. Experience with CI/CD tools like Bamboo, Harness, Ansible, Salt Scripting.
• Hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions and CICD Tools like Bamboo, Harness, CI/CD Pipeline stages, Build Tools, SonarQube, Artifactory, Nuget, Proget Veracode, LaunchDarkly, GitHub/Bitbucket repos, Monitoring tools.
• Handelling Xmatters,Techlines,Incidents
• Strong Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash/Shell Scripting) for Implementing automation scripts and Tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
• An Atlassian Tools Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo.
• Expertise in Bitbucket, GitHub for version control and collaboration global level.
• Good experience on Linux/Windows systems activities, Databases.
• Aware of SLA and Error concepts and their implementations; provide support and participate in Incident management & Jira Stories. Continuously Monitoring system performance and availability, and responding to incidents promptly to minimize downtime.

The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

Financial Reporting: You will be providing timely and accurate financial reporting to management together with strategic insights on the company s financial position. 

Accounting Systems and Processes - Understanding requirements, identifying, evaluating and implementing the most suitable accounting system/ tools needed to support the accounting needs of the organization

Implementing best in class accounting practices and Internal Control procedures considering:

• Accounts Payables - Purchase to Procurement Cycle & Policies, SOPs and SLAs
• Accounts Receivables - Billing Processes and Systems to raise timely invoices and perform ageing analysis
• Revenue and Cash Reconciliations and suggesting and implementing SOPs and SLAs

Financial Closure - Ensure timely and accurate monthly closures. Consistent analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;

Audit - Ensure timely year end financial closures – Statutory, Tax and IFC. Handle end to end audit process and ensure timely completion of audits

Compliances and knowledge - Understand the applicability and ensure compliance with all the relevant statutes impacting the company. Keep abreast with all regulations impacting the companies accounting, compliance and reporting requirements as well as those impacting the company’s operations. Understanding of Income Tax, GST, imports and exports, FDI Regulation, Companies Act, and other tax regulations

Automation - Identify and implement processes to automate all routine repetitive tasks.

Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate;  

 Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training programmes to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals;

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and managing customer relationships from registration/ sign-up through successful conversion/ transaction.

• Guiding new customers through the onboarding process

• Interacting with the users through chat, email and voice upholding the highest standard of communication and courtesy

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, CRM or as onboarding specialist
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and any second language

• Adaptability and flexibility with the willingness and ability to shift strategies on a dime to meet the needs of our customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex customer journeys at once    

• Expertise in React tools including React.js, Webpack, Babel, Redux/Flux, React router.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Practised in any one CSS frameworks like material UI, Semantic UI, Bootstrap, ANT design.
• Experient working on web API like RESTful Web services, • Proficiency in using Graphql, WebSocket, webhooks.
• Should be able to design and build modern user interfaces to enhance application performance.
• Hands-on experience in browser-based debugging, performance testing software and deployment, with an attention to detail that supports the software development cycle.
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha
• Experience in an Agile environment

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
