Job Description:
Techmero is seeking a skilled QA Automation Tester to join our team at our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile applications through robust testing strategies and automation frameworks.
As a QA Automation Tester, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining automated test scripts, identifying and documenting bugs, and collaborating with developers and other team members to deliver high-quality applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium, XCUITest, and WebDriverAgent.
- Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure application quality and performance.
- Debug and troubleshoot test scripts and frameworks, ensuring stability and scalability.
- Review application logs and outputs to identify, report, and track bugs to closure.
- Participate in regression testing, performance testing, and smoke testing.
- Work with Xcode to set up and maintain test environments for iOS applications.
- Provide detailed documentation of test results, issues, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications (Must Have):
- Minimum experience of 1 year in Automation Testing
- Working knowledge of any scripting language (Python, JS, etc…)
- Experience with Appium: Proficiency in using Appium for mobile app automation testing.
- Hands-on Knowledge of XCUITest: Experience in developing and executing test cases for iOS applications using XCUITest.
- Expertise in WebDriverAgent: Ability to configure and utilize WebDriverAgent for seamless integration of Appium with iOS devices.
- Knowledge of Mobile Application Testing: Strong understanding of mobile application testing processes, especially on iOS platforms.
- Ability to Configure Testing Environments: Proficient in setting up testing environments and performing tests on multiple iOS devices simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Knowledge of continuous integration tools like Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
- Experience with Android testing tools is a plus.
