We are seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to spearhead the creation and implementation of our new CRM system. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and an understanding of business processes to deliver a Salesforce solution tailored to our unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and roll out a Salesforce CRM system tailored to ICL Immigration's requirements.
• Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other tools and platforms used by ICL Immigration to ensure seamless data flow and functionalities.
• Customization: Develop custom features, reports, and dashboards to fit our specific business needs.
• Data Migration: Migrate existing client and business data to the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity.
• Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for staff on using the Salesforce CRM. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly review the CRM system to identify areas for enhancement or optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Salesforce CRM implementation.
• Salesforce certification(s) preferred.
• Strong technical acumen, with skills in Apex, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and best practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ideal Experience & Skills

• 8+ years experience of working in a Computer Software Engineer or Software Developer position
• 3+ years experience leading a team of developers
• Significant experience in developing web applications
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies 1
• Good experience in designing interactive applications with test-driven development
• Experience with Go, React, AWS, React Native, Python
• Experience documenting requirements and specifications
• Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology, and release processes
• B.E/B.Tech or any equivalent degree

• Collaborate with the development team to design and develop high-quality iOS applications.
• Assist in the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release.
• Write clean and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Contribute ideas and solutions to improve the overall quality and user experience of iOS applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and issues reported by users or internal stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has at least 2-4 years of hands-on knowledge of iOS app development. Experience in working with IOT devices and handling native connectivity functionality like bluetooth and Wifi is plus.

Job responsibilities

• Participate in developing e-commerce websites on BigCommerce platform
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and participate in planning the development roadmap
• Be responsible for delivering optimized, fast loading, responsive, and highly functional website
• Migrate websites from other e-commerce platforms to BigCommerce and install and customize new BigCommerce themes
• Extending BigCommerce functionalities to the next level using storefront APIs, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
• Implementing SEO/CRO best practices in BigCommerce sites

1. Create Exclusive Distributors (minimum 4 in 4 months) in your respective areas of operation

1. To work directly with the distributor and the sales executives in designing and implementing key marketing campaigns.

1. To actively engage yourself to collect inventory, stocks and work reports of the distributor in a

daily/weekly basis.

1. To look after smooth functioning and supply chain of the authorized distributor under your

periphery.

1. To oversee sales executive schedule and plan them accordingly.

1. To facilitate cross-functional communications among project stakeholders.

1. To actively engage yourself with core marketing policies required for business development.

1. To look after the grievances and claims arising from time to time maintaining proper

coordination with the company.

1. To actively follow other marketing strategies and instructions as and when instructed by the company.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
• Supervise sales team members; the BSMs, on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
• Identify skill gaps and conduct trainings to sales team.
• Work with team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
• Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
• Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
• Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
• Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
• Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
• Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
• Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
• Develop promotional programs to increase sales and revenue.
• Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
