We are looking for an experienced **Senior HR Executive** to manage and support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and statutory compliance.

### Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollouts

• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and orientation

• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

• Manage attendance, leave, and absenteeism tracking

• Support monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, and payroll coordination with Finance

• Handle employee queries related to salary, benefits, policies, and grievances

• Support performance appraisals, goal setting, and probation reviews

• Coordinate employee engagement, rewards, and recognition initiatives

• Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, gratuity, labour laws, and statutory requirements

Overview

We are looking for Python developers with a strong understanding of object orientation and experience in web and backend development. Experience with Analytical algorithms and mathematical calculations using libraries such as Numpy and Pandas are a must. Experience in some form of Machine Learning.
