Key Responsibilities

• Manage the CXO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedule efficiently.
• Track, document, and follow up on all tasks and action items assigned to the CXO to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes of meetings (MoM), and coordinate action items with internal teams.
• Draft, proofread, and organize professional communications, including emails, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CXO.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure systematic documentation and record-keeping.
• Anticipate the CXO’s requirements, provide timely reminders, and prepare relevant materials ahead of meetings.
• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automation scripts for newly developed features. Modify existing framework to augment feature testing needs.
• Continuously monitor automation test results and ensure no random test failures in automation.
• Identify the cross-browser / platform impacts during the planning phase and ensure high test coverage.
• Identify quality assurance process gaps and suggest actions for improvement.
• Ensures Zero defect leakages.
• Contribute Non-functional Testing aspects - Performance, Security, and Translation.
• Work closely with the Development team and ensure code is delivered with high code coverage.
• Contribute to continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the brand that is being represented, the TLC brand, the Program, the benefits, the scripts, the possible talking and opening lines and ensuring that the company guidelines on these are followed when a customer connect is made to enroll them into a membership program.

2. A soft approach to the sales process with conversational scripts and engagement on the call to sign up a customer. To protect the brand and ensure that a positive impact is left on the prospect after the interaction, whether he / she buys a membership or not.

3. Program Benefits must be conveyed in complete transparency leaving no scope of ambiguity or sounding / making false promises or over commitment.

4. Ensure that the prospect is not called for more than 3 times and also, he / she is not spammed on the calls. A prospect who does not want to be spoken to should be blocked from the system.

5. Ensure a database is provided by the company and only approved databases after proper DNC scrubbing are used.

6. It is mandatory to ensure that on every point of connect generating relevant leads are required, this is a part of our database expansion exercise, and must be followed.

7. Ensuing all relevant information is captured and converted into company intelligence like reasons for close etc and the prospects once spoken to are accordingly blocked from the system so that they are not called again.

8. Ensure any escalation or potential escalation is immediately reported to the Manager.

9. Ensure company time spent in the office is spent on productive customer acquisition work and aim for high enrolments, conversions, and no complaints as a performance matrix.

10. Ensuring confidentiality of all company information is maintained at all times.

Required Skills Set:

1. Minimum two years’ experience in a high-quality outbound voice process.

2. Good verbal and social communication skills in English with supporting local language. English will always be the first language for opening a customer conversation.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, ensure compliance, and manage financial reporting for SuperHumanRace. The ideal candidates will bring 6–10 years of experience in accounting and finance, a strong command of statutory compliance, and the ability to manage end-to-end financial processes efficiently. You will work closely with leadership to maintain accurate books of accounts, manage cash flows, and streamline financial controls to support the company’s growth and sustainability mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate daily entries across all entities.
• Manage monthly bank and credit card reconciliations (by or before the 7th of each month).
• Maintain systematic accounting aligned with statutory and compliance requirements.
• Prepare Accounts Payable and Receivable Reports with periodic updates to leadership.
• Issue invoices as per invoicing calendars and manage timely payment follow-ups.
• Process vendor invoices and payments weekly; reconcile all payment gateway inflows daily and issue 80G receipts.
• Track fund utilization for donor-funded projects and generate utilization statements with necessary documentation for auditor review.
• Coordinate cash flow and inter-entity transactions.

2. MIS, Reporting & Budgeting

• Prepare and review Business Performance MIS and dashboards by the 7th of each month, including variance and trend analyses.
• Develop and update cash flow MIS by the 22nd of each month, forecasting short- and long-term liquidity, and plan fund allocation
• Prepare and maintain party-wise receivables and payables aging reports, along with monthly Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statements.
• Maintain an organized financial data room with up-to-date documentation required for funding, audit, or compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Support decision-making through data-driven financial insights and variance commentary.

3. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

GST Compliance

• Prepare and submit monthly GST workings by the 16th of each month and ensure timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Maintain GST records, perform ITC reconciliation, and ensure all company details are current across GSTINs.
• Stay informed on GST law updates and implement changes proactively.

TDS & Income Tax

• Manage monthly TDS computation, payment, and quarterly return filing.
• Ensure timely issuance of TDS certificates and manage revisions (up to two per quarter per entity).
• Coordinate with auditors for advance tax, ITR preparation, and filing for both entities and directors.
• Oversee accounts finalization and assist in the preparation of P&L and Balance Sheet statements.

4. Payroll & Employee Reimbursements

• Process monthly payroll by the 5th of each month in coordination with HR and Leadership.
• Ensure accurate computation and filing for payroll-related compliances (TDS, EPF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, etc.).
• Handle employee reimbursements by the 20th of each month (for claims up to the 7th).
• Manage investment proof submissions, declarations, and related payroll reconciliations.
• Ensure timely enrollment and compliance updates for all statutory employee benefits.

5. Governance, Audit & Board Support

• Maintain audit-ready documentation (vouchers, bills, ledgers) by the 15th of every month.
• Generate provisional financial statements by the 7th of each month (and quarterly by the 15th) for leadership and board review.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, RBI, FEMA, FCRA, 12A, 80G, LUT, and all related financial regulations.
